Mikhanyi Logistics is an official Port Agent mandated by OGEFREM, the Democratic Republic of Congo’s licensed authority responsible for processing FERI/COD certificates. We facilitate the import and export of all categories of goods, including raw materials, into the DRC.

Applying for a FERI or COD certificate is a straightforward process. Follow the simple steps below to ensure you have all the necessary documentation and information for a successful application.

Required Documents
For all maritime cargo. The following documents are required:
- Bill of Lading
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoice
For all cargo transported by Road, Rail, or Air. The following documents are required:
- Bill of Entry/Customs documents (e.g., SAD500 for South Africa)
- Road Manifest
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
For cargo that arrives at a harbour and then proceeds to the final destination by road. The following documents are required:
- FERI Certificate
- Customs documents
- Road Manifest
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
